Join us for one of our biggest and most exciting shows ever at the incredible Prince Bandroom.
Rock Academy, featuring over 70 young musicians from all over Victoria, is a celebration of Rock, of Melbourne and of the infectious energy of youth.
We’re excited to be in the iconic Prince Bandroom for the first time ever, and after a week of preparing Melbourne brightest young musicians will blow you away.
Rock Academy is a phenomenal school holiday program for teenage musicians. Mentored by professional touring musicians, the teenagers form bands, write songs and put on a show that needs to be seen to be believed.
After a week of songwriting and rehearsal at Rock Academy’s famous holiday workshops, some of Melbourne’s finest teenage musicians will hit the stage to present a range of original and cover songs.
Having been mentored and guided by some of the country’s finest musicians including Phil Ceberano, Tim Watson (Taxi Ride), Laura Baxter (Bad Bitch Rodeo) and more, these young talents are here to show you what they can do!
Head in for lunch and support the The Prince Hotel who are great supports of Live Music in Melbourne.
Doors Open 1.30pm, show starts 2pm.
